Positions:
1. Senior Project Manager
Requirement: The candidate should have (a) experience of successful execution of large Infrastructure and Building Projects (b) knowledge of prevailing construction techniques, material, equipment etc…(c) resourcefulness as regards mobilizing labour agencies, (d) knowledge of labour laws, (e) awareness for speed, quality and safety at construction site, (f) experience of correspondence, report preparation, billing, meetings with clients, testing procedures, liasioning etc…. The candidate should be able to handle few projects single handedly.
Technical Qualification: B.E. civil/ Diploma Civil
Experience: More than 15-20 Years
2. Project Manager
Requirement: The candidate should have executed large Civil Engineering Projects. He should be a sound planner (micro and macro level) for smooth and speedy progress. Other duties include mobilization of labour agencies, material procurement, work monitoring, report - paper works, testing, and supervise execution etc…
Technical Qualification: B.E. civil/ Diploma Civil
Experience: More than 8-10 Years
3. Site Engineer
Requirement: The candidate should have experience of execution of civil engineering projects like water retaining structures, building work, bridges, pipeline, etc…and should be able to get the work executed as per working drawings. Should have sound technical knowledge and should be conversant with level survey (Auto level). He should be able to prepare Bar Bending Schedules, calculate quantities, prepare labour bills and contractor’s bills, maintain records at site, etc…
Technical Qualification: B.E. civil/ Diploma Civil
Experience: 2-5 Years
4. Site Supervisor
Requirement: The candidate should have experience of working in the Civil Engineering field. He should have basic knowledge of construction and should be able to mobilize labour agencies, co-ordinate between them and get work done from them. Should have basic knowledge of machineries and their repair.
Technical Qualification: ITI or Experienced in Civil Construction
Experience: 5 Year
5. Senior Accountant
Requirement: The candidate should have experience in the field of accounting (preferably construction projects), should have knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax and other relavent taxes applicable to construction industry, should be well conversant with computer and accounting software like Tally etc….Maintaining accounts, Preparing and filing income tax, sales tax and other returns, getting refunds, etc…. Technical Qualification: Minimum M.Com Experience: 15 Year
6. Accountant
Requirement: The candidate should have experience in the field of accounting (preferably construction projects), should have knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Service Tax and other relavent taxes applicable to construction industry, should be well conversant with computer and accounting software like Tally etc…, maintaining petty cash for each site, paying bills, maintaining accounts, other office duties….
Technical Qualification: Minimum B.Com
Experience: 5-10 Year
7. Office Assistant / Receptionist
Requirement: The candidate should have experience of working as a receptionist (preferably in a construction related office and conversant with English Language), should have knowledge of Word, Excel and other computer applications, Should have knowledge of typing (speed 80 WPM) Technical Qualification: Graduate Experience: 5 Year
